We offer professional repair services worldwide at the following rates...
Domestic:
$25 for the first unit and $25 each additional unit. This includes the return shipping via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on destination and final weight of package being returned. This is in ADDITION to the price of the parts needed for repair.
International:
$45 for the first unit and $25 each additional unit. This includes the return shipping to any country outside the U.S.
We typically turn units around in 24-48 hours from the time we receive them. We do all repairs in the order they have been received.

3. The product infomation must be as complete as possible so we can properly process your repair when it is received.

4. If you know the exact repair(s) required for your unit please complete the user friendly repair information section to enter your repair(s).
If you are unsure please "as noted" leave blank.
If
you are unsure about what will be required for the repair just leave
the area blank and we will fill that in for you when we have diagnosed
the "issue(s)" with your unit(s).
Shipping Information (Return Shipping cost included) (REQUIRED)
5. Please note that the shipping cost to get your unit to us is not included in the repair fee. The return shipping however is included with your repair fee.
**Customers with International repairs should be aware that FixYourPDA.com does not pay any Customs or Duties associated with the return of your unit(s). Refer to “SHIPPING & RETURNS” for additional information on our International Customs and Duties Policy.

6. Please use the drop down menus to select your payment method. Be sure to select the desired payment method. Information should be complete and accurate for proper processing of your repair(s).
**Credit Card Users: Must enter seperate Billing address if different than Shipping Address.
Once we receive the request, we will respond with current shipping instructions for you to get your unit(s) to us safely.

We also recover hard drives for your desktop for our local Las Vegas customers only.
